When you buy a bed from them they are all smiles but when there is a problem the branch where you purchased it from just pass you on the customer service department.
When you phone that you are about 38 in the queue and when you finally get there they say that they can't solve our problem for 7 to 10 days.
Great when you've paid out over £1000. They like your money when they get it they don't give a damn.
