Apsolutly appalling service at their Peterborough Brotherhood store. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a manager (David or Jim, he decided to use 2 different names when dealing with us!).
For 3 months now we have been stuck with an incorrect sofa bed, an order put through by the manager himself, he has refused to acknowledge the mistake or offer a adequate resolution.
