Just been to the retail park in Bury St Edmunds and witnessed a barrage of abuse from the guy who then proceeded to open up Benson's for Beds.
An elderly driver had made a simple mistake by going down a one way road in the car park. The Benson's worker was swearing and shouting at him from his car window in total rage. Really inappropriate and totally out of order.
