Shocking! Ordered a bed for £2000 at end of January with delivery not until 1st April but was willing to wait as we really wanted the same mattress.
Short story…4 failed delivery attempts of mattress (bed came ok) and 3 hours on phone waiting I’ve had a refund for the mattress from the Truro store who I have to say were the only good part of the experience. Have no idea why they work for such a dreadful company!
