Sales team were amazing. Spent £2.5k on a beautiful new bed with a delivery date booked for 12th May. We changed the delivery date to 30th May (so they had extra time to make sure all was well and complete with our order). Delivery date came, we received only part of the bed! We now have an ottoman bed base stuck in the open position because we have no mattress (part of the order) to weigh the base down.
We had no warning of the mattress being missing, and have now been told we have to wait SIX weeks for the mattress. This is disgraceful service!!
