Shocking customer service, can't speak to anyone! Hours waiting to speak to someone and then told they knew a different item was sent as what I ordered was discontinued!!
So now I have a £695 Headboard and they will not refund or pick up as they say I should have checked it at the time but it arrived on the day of my move and went straight to removals.
Do not buy from this company they take your money and do not care about customers.
