Absolutely apauling customer services, its non existant !!! Hours left in a queue then drops out, no reply to emails. Wrong item sent and can't get a refund because I didn't check it immediately.
Don't buy from this company its horrendous, its no wonder their stores are closing.
Trying to take it further but they won't respond. Just be aware!!
