Awful! Shocking! Non existent customer service.
Ordered new bed and mattress January 2022. Expected delivery May 2022. On the day of the delivery (9am) I received a text to say the bed wasn’t available. Yet 2 days before I had a text with a delivery time slot 🤷♀️ and to make it worse I had booked the day off work!
Fast forward to July, bed arrives 🥳 however the box was so badly damaged it looked like it had been dropped off a skyscraper and dragged along behind the van. As you can imagine at this point 7 months on I was fuming…. Several days later when I eventually got through to customer services, they told me a replacement would be sorted within 4 weeks.
After numerous phone calls, hours spent on hold, September 2nd 22 I cancelled the order. But the finance had already taken 2 finance payments (£82)
It’s now October 5th 22 (10 months later) I am still fighting for my refund of £82.
The customer service is shocking , they don’t answer the phone let alone respond to emails!! AVOID
