AVOID - AVOID - AVOID
Bought one of their more expensive beds and after 3 months the mattress is sagging down in the area you lay.
They sent out someone to inspect it who clearly said there is a fault and he realised what we was concerned about.
Bensons phoned us to say that the “engineer” had said that there was no faults found.
This is clearly a lie and we wished we had recorded the conversation we had with the person.
AVOID THIS COMPANY -
