So I paid a 71.99 deposit for a single mattress. The value of goods with delivery was 359.99.
This brought the loan amount to 288.
When the finance form came through I hadnt paid any deposit and the purchase value was 389. I explained to the manager and arranged for a refund due to the incompetence of the assistant and felt if I hadnt noticed the error then I would have been ripped off by the company.
After reading the other reviews I hope I receive the refund.
