To say I'm disappointed is to say nothing. I'm infuriated.
Bought a decent divan bed which was suppose to have 5 years warranty. It started to creak only 6 months later. They requested an independent inspection and gave me contacts of EcoMaster Furniture Repairs, for that I was supposed to pay £50 out of my pocket. But the furniture guy put "the customer was sitting on the edge of the bed" (actually I did not) and then on this premise BensonsForBeds refused to do anything.
Separately I must say their phone/online support is virtually non existant, I was holding the line for 1h with no success, email's remained unanswered, I just drove to the branch where the bed was purchased to reach them out.
