A pleasant lady member of staff, Carol, greeted us warmly and was most helpful in pointing us in the direction of a comfortable- if expensive - mattress.
We were given plenty of time to look around the store - without feeling pressured.
We returned the following day and decided to purchase one which will be delivered in four weeks - hopefully.
