In the store at Bristall, I wanted a headboard, which was plane, but in a certain colour. I was shown a Swatch sample and was told, not a problem, Lena was the sales person. What was delivered was not the colour ordered. Customer Service say the bed type only comes in some colours and sales know this. I wanted the bed collected so I could find a bed in the correct colour.The store manager Zane refusing to collect, says I signed the order and you have 7 days from placing an order to cancel. Says they have done everything right. Apart from being deceived and lied to Zane!
