We ordered a mattress that was due to be delivered on the 30th January, van arrived no mattress. Couldn't get through to customer services on the phone. We are now 3 weeks later and still no mattress, to say this company are awful is a massive understatement. Sleeping on the floor isn't much fun. Going to try and get a full refund tomorrow having now read everyone else's reviews. Wish me luck!
