Absolutely awful customer service and completely meaningless 5 year warranty. Spent £2500 on double bed and mattress 2 years ago. Last month part of the divan base collapsed in on itself and the mattress, no matter how many times we rotate, is now misshaped too. After having spent £2500 with a 5 year guarantee was expecting some sort of help/support from customer services, instead I was repeatedly told it was my problem, my fault and they wouldn't do anything about it. When purchasing the bed we were pressured in to buying all sorts of additional extras and repeatedly promised any fault would be rectified up to 5 years, which is what actually convinced us to purchase from here. What a lie. There must be serious quality issues for products to just collapse within 2 years. Cheaper higher quality products are available elsewhere, I wouldn't but so much as a pillow from this awful company again.
