They sell mattress with 40 night try and never take it back. There technicians mark every problem as character of mattress and not manufacturing fault and they refuse to refund or return.
I had a mattress, spend £1100 on it and it pressed from side by 3 cm in just 10 days, I reported it back and they send a technician who ask me many questions and then reported back that I didn't follow guidelines. (Guidelines which were never given to me) and they refuse that 40 night try as well which I should get after 10% deduction. Never recommend Bensons.
