TERRIBLE customer service. 5 year warranty is worthless! They do not reply to calls or emails at all, they have admitted its faulty after 6 months and will replace with the same faulty mattress but we want a refund or a different mattress which they refuse even though they admit settlement and its costing us both a lot in physio, the 5 year warranty means nothing, they will send an engineer out with no time frame (full working day off work) to look at it for 3 seconds and say it looks in good condition and that he knows nothing about memory foam, clearly working in their pockets as they have admitted the settlement from the photos. Have been complaining for 5 months and still no refund or mattress and terrible manors.
