Spent £2000 on furniture and when it was delivered the driver damaged our floor in our new flat (didn't use the right equipment to carry the goods in) then hid the damage with the box so we didn't notice till they left. We called customer service who told us the driver would not take responsibility and therefore we cannot do anything even though we sent proof of pictures (before and after) of the damage. Customer service were very rude which added to the frustration we already feel at having what was supposed to be a trusted company cause visible damage to our beautiful new flat - very disappointed especially as customer service have also told us that we are unable to refund he items because of the wait - even though this wait was due to ongoing enquiries on this issue. Will never shop with bensons for beds again and very disappointed about the whole situation. Very unprofessional bensons for beds for not taking responsibility for the damage you caused and rude behaviour of more than one of your customer service team.
