Don't do it!
Went in store chose a bed and then advised weeks after that they hadn't input amount correctly. Have decided to cancel my order to be advised 20% fee would be taken for cancelling my order isn't due till the end of the month. Not only that but incorrect address was used to get my credit agreement. Call centre staff are extremely rude! Saying it's not their problem. Wish I read the reviews on the company I wouldn't have gone there. The manger of the Southampton store was lovely when we went in to purchase the bed I just hope she will be more understanding when I speak to her on her next working day, in the hope of sorting this out. But the call centre service is very poor. I think more training is needed. I work in customer service as a manger and I would be ashamed if one of my team members spoke to a customer the way your agent did.
