Delivery in 7 weeks - Damaged items delivered - Replacements in 4-5 weeks
Really bad & disappointing process so far. It took ages for the delivery to come. In our case, to make it even worse, the items delivered were broken and unusable, and re-delivery has just been confirmed in another 4-5 weeks time.
If Bensons needs such a long long time for a delivery in the first place, they must ensure that either the delivery is safely arrived, or in the case of damage atleast replacements are a bit faster to arrive. Anyone wont be happy to wait months!!!!
