bought a mattress and divan from Benson's for Beds in their Cardiff shop. It was delivered two weeks ago and the mattress is sagging badly.
I have contacted their customer service team, but they are refusing to help me. They just keep telling me I have to rotate and turn the mattress, which I am unable to do, due to health issues, which I have told them about several times. At NO time did the sales assistant in Cardiff mention anything about rotating the mattress.
Rubbish product and a rubbish company.
I wouldn't use them again.
