Paid in cash for new divan base mattress and headboard. Was delivered today with the headboard nowhere to be seen. Man said it was not on van and that I would have to ring customer service. I did not get anywhere today. Someone is going to call me tomorrow morning,after reading reviews I won’t hold my breath. I wish I had spent my £1,500 elsewhere.
