Still waiting for a mattress that seems to have fallen in to a black hole. Appalling customer services.
Agree with all of the negative reviews. Bought 5 beds from them over the last 2 years and apart from rude delivery men never had an issue but will never buy from them again and will encourage friends and family to do the same.
The problem is I don't think they care really and probably find the negative reviews, if they even read them, amusing
