Bought divan base and mattress set, headboard and separate mattress in October. divan base (Silent night), was not made as it was shown in store, was very poor quality, the material was thin and pulled tightly over a frame so you could see the frame sticking out of the material. 1st delvery told it was faulty, second delivery same issue plus base was soiled, told was faulty and that it was being rectified in the lab, third delivery (delivered under special care) same issue, looked into it, was promised, following contacting md's office, that bed would be redesigned but just been sent a photo as I do not want to stay in to receive another faulty bed, and it is still faulty. Reason I keep accepting to let them try again is that on their system, they have taken the managers discount from the divan and mattress set so they are saying I paid less for it than I did - in effect they are telling me I paid less for the divan and mattress set than the mattress only. I say you have to spread the discount over the whole invoice but they say they cant and will only given me a refund 20% less than they should do which I cannot buy a new bed and mattress for. This is now with the ombudsman - what an absolute farce - never buy from Bensons - very poor quality, very poor customer service - take 40 mins to answer the phone and a week to answer an email, and too expensive
