Soggy beds! We paid over £1000 just for the mattress thinking it would be top quality. It soon developed deep " troughs" ( rotating the bed as recommended does not cure this). They claim a " no quibble" guarantee which is not worth the paper it is written on. No quibble does not mean no quibble!!
