Dreadful customer service I have had problems since Sep 2017 regarding waldrobe and I still don't have a functioning waldrobe and still have no date for delivery of a new replacement waldrobe
I would advice people to avoid benson beds at all costs
Customer service is very poor with communication feedback sadly lacking in all areas
