delivery date was not kept, the store hadnt prompted us for the balance payment. the bed which was actually a staples bed didnt seem as good as the in store one. they had supplied the wrong feet. customer service just go through the motions until you go away. i wish i had read this column before. never again harveys or bensons. apparently their parent company a south african outfit nearly bombed in december 2017. delivery was dhl with benson s badged shirts, they were ok.
the bed was badly finished and one thread was faulty to attach the headboard
