The short version.
Ordered a wardrobe and two chester drawers 6th January 2018.
After 8 days off work to receive faulty or no parts, 8 months on we still dont have a completed order.
Customer services have refused to collect faulty parts until new ones are delivered, they have refused to get a manager to contact me and from the amount of representatives i have spoken to i would say it is a huge department that is obviously needed to deal with this more than poor service, if i could give a minus star i would.
Most stressful purchase ever made.
