Ordered king size bed & mattress on Sunday afternoon got home with the details and the realized it was 100 mm longer than our old double so wouldn't really fit the space.
Tried to call the store for 2 days to change the order (always engaged) to a double & finally got through they said i have to pay a 10% change of order fee so for a smaller bed it will cost me a lot more when i questioned it they said read your terms and conditions. I know that it was my fault but they just wasn't flexible enough.
