Absolutely most awful customer experience ever! Firstly, they delivered bed sodden and were told 'it should be alright when it dries out'. It was a mission to try and get hold of anyone in customer service, over an hour wait time. It was agreed to be redelivered, but no timeframe given. Eventually we got a new delivery date almost 3 months after the original transaction. Today, the delivery was made without the headboard! The delivery driver told us that we had to either accept the delivery or not, would not allow us to contact customer service or contact them on our behalf. We rejected on the basis that it was only partially complete and we had no confirmation from anyone if the headboard would ever be delivered. My wife took the day off and is now left in tears! I am currently still holding for customer service after 30 minutes. Shambles...
