Perhaps the worst customer experience I have ever received.
Ordered a bed online, it didn't arrive.
After one week of waiting, and then waiting and hour to get through to someone on the phone, they said that I had to phone up the third-party supplier to solve the issue myself!?!?!? I should have used a credit card.
After watching Suits, I am considering a class action lawsuit and shutting them down! WHO'S WITH ME??
Just looking at the other review on this site, you know to avoid them at all costs.
