The bed was not-assembled, even though we paid for that.
The ottoman bed bases and lifting sections did not align for securing together.
The bed base material was torn.
They said that they would make us an undisclosed gift/ offer if we did not return the base - they never replied to our emails. Customer services was the worst I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The ironic thing was that I went for the most expensive bed base in the Luton shop, to avoid any mishaps (£1000) that’s the funny thing.
