Ordered a bed for my son’s Christmas present. Picked the last delivery date near Christmas. My hubby took the day off work. It came around 5pm with a part missing. I had to ring them during the day as they wouldn’t speak to him as my name was on the paperwork. This wasn’t easy as I was working. Was on hold for ages. So my son had to sleep in the floor that night. Tried to call the next morning only to be told it was a 103 minute wait! Rang the shop to ask them to sort it. They were reluctant but did. Eventually was told the missing part would be delivered Xmas eve but no time slot given. We cancelled our Xmas eve plans to ensure we were in and my little boy would get his present completed. Then guess what? They ring and say they can’t frliver today as they’ve not got the part. I’m livid. Two days ruined by their bad service. I’m upset and angry. Not good service.
