Never buy anything from Benson, they have no customers service at all once they have taken your money. The customer service and the Antony in the kings lynn store was disgusting they are so rude it was unbelievable. They spoke to me like I was 5 years old, and were patronising beyond belief. I am totally disgusted by their attitude.
Basically you will not get your money back if it’s no good and their training must be once we have taken their money tell them to get stuffed if they call.
