Customer service is terrible. Wait in a que for nearly 3hours and still no answer.
Emailed,still no returned call.
We have paid nearly £2000 for a TV bed to have electrical faults, The frame is also damaged.
When i finally got through to customer service her reply was" send me photos" how do i send photos of electrical problems. Her reply well you need to ring the manufactures and sort it with them.!!!!
Never recommend or use Bensons again.
