DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM BENSONS FOR BEDS.
I ordered 2 bedside tables online, I was given a delivery date which wasn't convenient as I was at work, I phoned to change this date (which took about 40 minutes to get through) to a Monday morning, my items were not delivered and I wasn't contacted to inform me of this, I phoned again (which took about 30-40 minutes) for them to say that my items where not in stock, I then received another delivery date, and yet again items were not delivered and I received no phone call to inform me of this, yet another phone call to the customer services who informed me that items were taken off the lorry,I was given yet another delivery date and I was informed that a VIP was put on the order so I should definitely receive them, as you can guess items still not delivered. I sent numerous emails, and was told that I could get compensation once issue was resolved. Because of all the above I cancelled my order and my money was refunded. I emailed them to enquire about compensation for all the wasted time, phone calls and appalling service, but they said because I had cancelled my order (only because they didn't want to deliver it) I wasn't entitled to any unless I provided proof of phone calls and letter from Human Recourses for any time I had taken off work.
I cannot believe the appalling service I have received and wouldn't recommend the to anyone
