I'm registered disabled, I saved enough money to buy a new mattress to help with chronic spine pain. Ordered the mattress, I live in flats, delivery driver buzzed my neighbour on the intercom, asked their surname, and then left, without delivering the mattress. Benson's say there's nothing they can do, as they have a signature from my neighbour. THE SURNAME AND SIGNATURE DOES NOT MATCH THAT OF MY NEIGHBOUR! I've made numerous complaints, Bensons don't reply, I've emailed the MD, who has also ignored me. They've got my money, and I don't have a bed! How can a business treat people like this?
