Great service in the show room. They give good advice with attenative service..... However if anything goes wrong they (the store) have to refer everything to their customer service department. with 40 years of working in retail experince, I have never experinced such appalling after sales service.
The phone lines take between 30 minutes to 1 and 1/2 hours to answer and its not an 0800 number! emails get an automated reply then nothing . The only exception to this was when I emailed the managing director.
Be prepared to wait upto 8 weeks if you contact them to sort the problem out.
Look at their facebook page this is not an isolated instance.
If after sales service is a important to you shop elsewhere.
