I thought Benson's beds was a reputable company up until now :-(
Delivery drivers appeared stressed and rushed.
Customer service is appalling, argumentative and rude.
They didn't help me understand /explain my terms and conditions clearly.
They didn't respond to my email.
Average wait to have your call answered is 40-60 minutes.
Only one advisor out of 4 apologised for the confusion and not calling back.
I am disgusted that they are so unproffesional.
