What a joke of a company. 3 months to finally get the whole bed delivered that we paid for in October. Countless calls left waiting for 3.5 hrs. Recorded messages stating they would appropriately compensate us for the hrs of calls and 2 days of lost holiday wed had to take. Emails ignored. Calls saying delivery next week then more calls saying delivery following week. Finally today we contacted them again to be told we agreed to £100 and noone this end had agreed that. How this is fair to cover 2 days holidays over 10 hrs on the phone the disruption to our lives the storage we have had to do. We are down over £500 because of the antics. We were told the representative would not escalate the call to a manager clearly it is acceptable to your company to treat people this way. The amount of times we have explained the situation and its not been recorded or asked for a different number to be used yet on 4 occassions it was supposedly stored but not on the system still. Very disappointed as the bed was over £2200
