I wish I had read the reviews on this company. I have been trying to cancel and order as I have found the mattress cheaper elsewhere. The brand was rude, obnoxious and broke the companies strict data protection laws by adding me as a joint customer on the account after the sales adviser 'forgot to do it' on ordering the mattress.
I you want to cancel you have to pay 20% not just the deposit but the whole order amount AWFUL COMPANY PLEASE STAY AWAY THEY ARE SO RUDE
