Absolutely shocking customer service, delivered the bed but not the mattress as they had forgot to load it for that days delivery and will not be delivering it for another 6 days!! so expected to sleep uncomfortable for the next 6 days in a fault of my own! and no apology given or compensation to sort this matter, would certainly not recommend or shop here ever again. Absolutely shocking and not customer focused at all!!
