Customer service is appalling. So friendly and helpful in the store, but after purchase if you have a problem they don't want to know. I found them quite ignorant and totally lacking in any customer relation skills. I wish I had gone to John Lewis as their customer service is outstanding. Stay away from Bensons is my advice.
