Been trying to resolve an issue since July last year!!!!!!!
60-90 minute wait to connect through to someone in their customer services department. Even if I select the option to be called back, I do not receive a call back. Emails have never been replied to!
I work 8am-6pm, never able to call on my breaks due to the waiting time.
