I spent over £2200 on a new bed with Bensons, and I wish that I had purchased it from as professional and caring vendor.
Their delivery team damaged the Bed during delivery. We then had to wait almost 2 months for a replacement. During this time seeping on a mattress on the floor.
Customer services mess you about, could care less, and provide broken promises.
Do not waste you money and time with Bensons for Beds.
