Ordered a headboard on 12.01.2019 and I am still waiting on delivery.
Multiple calls made to the store and customer service and still no answers. I've received delivery of the headboard twice now and on both occasions only half a headboard has arrived. The only thing bensons say is that it's a supplier issue. Now my emails are being ignored. Very poor customer service. I have paid for the item and no offer of my money back until I receive the goods. Very disappointed
