Wish I had read these reviews before buying from Bensons. Bed good, but it is the after sales service that is appalling.
Despite dozens of emails with no response, not able to speak to anyone over the telephone, and the local store doing nothing, looks as if we are stuck with a base that consists of two ‘left’ halves which do dot fit together.
