Ordered a bed in October. Took delivery in November. cost 1400. They guaranteed to change the bed if it proved to be wrong after 45 days. Well the mattress we tried in the shop was much softer than the level 3 we recieved, which is so hard I am now sleeping in the spare room. Communications with customer services is beyond dire, and I would give a zero if I could. When i eventually got through to someone, they said that the alternative bed I wanted was no longer being made, and they refused to change it unless we paid another £800. We are now stuck with a very expensive bed that I cannot sleep on. I feel like cancelling the direct debit. Do not buy from Bensons for Beds. Once they have your money, they couldn't care less about you.
