My bed was supposed to be delivered on 29th March, but on 18th March I got a text saying it would be 20th March. I called them to let them know I couldn’t have it delivered on 20th as I only got my keys to the new place that day. I was assured delivery would be rearranged to 26th March. I then got a call on 20th March saying they were less than an hour away, told them I had rearranged and they said I was the second in that position that morning! I then got called on 22nd March to say the headboard and part of the base were missing. Delivery was finally arranged for 9th April having called to chase 3 times. It was delivered on 9th April with only one set of castors, damage to one of the bases and to the headboard. Still waiting a week and a half later for castors when I was told 3-5 days and have to wait 3-4 weeks for replacement base and headboard. I have a feeling it will be a lot longer for both.
