0 stars but 1 star is the lowest.
5 months for a replacement and i tried to send the bed back (fully unused and still packaged) and they refused. Not acceptable. Though you will no doubt have search very hard to find any negative reviews. Between a 1 and 2 hour wait to speak to anyone on the phone and a 2 and a half month wait for an email reply. People don't call large companies to congratulate them so they must have a high volume of complaints. Not happy at all. Will never use again.
